Yuzu is the Japanese unique citrus fruit which is known as one of the most famous Japanese traditional fruits.
At least 2 apples are contained per bottle and starting with the highest quality, most of the ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in crafting our ciders.
We refuse to add processed sugars, concentrates or artificial flavors, and instead use slow fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself.
