Traditional style apple cidre brewed with 100% Japanese, locally harvested apple is very well balanced with a slightly bitter and dry finish.
Starting with the highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in crafting our cidres.
We refuse to add processed sugars, concentrates or artificial flavors, and instead use slow fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself.
At least 2 apples are contained per bottle and it goes well especially with fish&chips and shepherd’s pie.
