BAEREN IHATOV SEA RELEASED

The style of this beer is salty lager with the use of sea salt hand-made in the coastal area of Iwate prefecture north up from Japan.
We also use some locally-harvested aroma hop to make it more smooth and refreshing taste.
“Ihatov” is the word that was coined by Kenji Miyazawa, Japanese renowned novelist and poet of children’s literature, also known as agricultural science teacher, and means “utopia” in his word.
This is the real Iwate lager beer.
